The refund will be made on the written request of the person paying for the course and the student discontinuing to use courses or resources from Pliable U services.
A refund will not be processed if the student can’t attend the classes based on their actions or does not provide the withdrawal notice, and does not send the refund notification to Pliable U using our Contact Us page within 14 days.
The refund will not be made for services and learning materials already provided. A partial refund is possible if the student has not completed more than 50% of the course.
Contact our customer support at from our Contact Us page to request a refund. Use the Pliable U Refund Request Form and provide the reason for the refund request. After receiving this request, Pliable U will inform the student about the decision to approve or reject this request within 14 days. The student will receive the amount within 14 days if your request is approved. Pliable U will refund this amount through the Graphy payment system for the educational offering.
We reserve the right to change this refund policy at any time. Students will be treated on a case-by-case basis. The student is responsible to check the refund policy before enrolling in courses or class offerings from Pliable U. The student acknowledges that before using our services, they agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Pliable U.
